All coaching plans are built around your individual goals, lifestyle, and training history. Adjustments can be made based on availability, racing calendar, and evolving needs. Cancellation & Changes: Coaching is billed on a rolling basis. A 30-day notice is required for cancellations or plan downgrades. Responses to questions and queries are typically handled during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM). Any inquiries sent outside of these hours will be addressed at the coach’s discretion.
